Start with the requirement.
Build a clearer shortlist.

Finding a supplier is a starting point. Understanding whether it can meet your requirement is the real work.

Our approach brings together supplier discovery, capability review and quotation coordination. The brief guides the search — from technical specifications and volumes to destination, timing and commercial constraints.

A STRUCTURED SOURCING PROCESS

Assist commercial discussions and document the agreed scope, responsibilities and next steps.

WHAT A GOOD BRIEF INCLUDES

The detail makes
the difference.

Share what is known. Flag what is flexible. A clear brief helps avoid unsuitable proposals.

Specifications, drawings or reference models, acceptable alternatives and required certifications.

Volume & timing

Initial and repeat quantities, desired delivery dates and destination.

Commercial parameters

Budget indication where available, preferred trade terms and any supplier or origin restrictions.

SOURCING QUESTIONS

A clear view of the engagement.

Are all identified suppliers represented partners?
No. Supplier discovery and contracted representation are distinct. Supplier suitability and any existing mandate should be disclosed for the specific enquiry.
Is a supplier match a confirmed offer?
No. Research and preliminary matches require further assessment. Price, availability, compliance and delivery terms need confirmation by the relevant parties.
Can you support tender opportunities?
Tender-related work is considered within the applicable mandate, subject to the buyer’s rules, authority to represent a supplier and potential conflicts of interest.
Who contracts for and delivers the goods?
The contracting parties and delivery responsibilities are agreed for each transaction. The core Westbridge model is commercial intermediation, rather than acting as the inventory owner or logistics carrier.
