COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATION

Built around your products.
Defined by your mandate.

For manufacturers, exporters and suppliers seeking a clearer route to international customers.

We begin with your capabilities, product portfolio and target markets. From there, the proposed cooperation is defined around buyer development, enquiry handling and commercial coordination.

Representation, territories, exclusivity and remuneration are agreed in writing. Identifying a supplier does not imply authority to represent it.

PARTNERSHIP QUESTIONS

Clarity before commitment.

Does an introduction create a partnership?
No. A supplier becomes a represented partner only after the relevant qualification and a written agreement. Catalogue submission alone does not establish a mandate.
How are fees and commissions agreed?
Remuneration is agreed for the specific engagement. It may be percentage-based, fixed, staged or ongoing, depending on the scope and commercial relationship.
Is representation exclusive?
Only where expressly agreed. Territories, products, exclusivity and contact protection are defined in the relevant mandate.
Does Westbridge buy or hold inventory?
The proposed core model is representation and intermediation. Westbridge does not take ownership of goods, hold stock or provide trade finance under this model.
